3. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the original photos you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify your photo solely for the purpose of generating the artwork and providing the Service to you. You own the rights to the final generated artwork for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability
